Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with clients and participating in all facets of pre-construction activities, bid evaluation, contractor/vendor agreements, developing and monitoring the overall project schedules and budgets
  • Work with field superintendents to manage the overall day-to-day construction activities
  • Partner with Lambs’ Design team, office and field staff during the Planning, Design, Estimating, Purchasing, and Construction phases of the projects
  • Responsible for overall budget, schedule, safety, quality control, close-out, and commissioning of the projects
  • Coordinate all client construction related meetings; participate in design review meetings

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline
  • 7+ years of commercial experience in project management in the design and construction industry with knowledge of the industrial and / or utility industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project required
  • Knowledge of Procore Construction software a plus
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and creating positive experiences with clients
  • Travel required – Site visits throughout the Construction phase of the project

Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Robert E. Lamb’s multi-disciplinary Design Team of Architects and Engineers to create Civil Engineering solutions for Utility Control Centers and Industrial Facilities in coordination with governing regulatory agencies, both locally and nationally
  • Design site layouts, incorporating client, municipal, and other regulatory agency requirements
  • Procurement of permits and approvals from agencies having jurisdiction, including submission of required application packages
  • Prepare site designs, including site grading, road/parking lot, storm sewer, potable water, sanitary sewer, erosion & sedimentation control, and post construction stormwater management
  • Active participation in interdisciplinary Lamb Design meetings as well as external review meetings with our clients
  • Coordination with third party consultants (i.e. surveyors, landscape architects, traffic engineers, geotechnical engineers)
  • Project site visits/inspections
  • Attend Township Meetings (Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors, Zoning Hearing Board, etc.), as well as Outside Agency Regulatory Meetings (County Conservation District, Department of Environmental Protection, etc.)

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Land Development Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required, professional license preferred but not required
  • E17 Certification required
  • Solid Foundation in all faucets of land development / storm water management skills

Project Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Lamb’s in-house Design Disciplines and the client to develop concept drawings, elevations and renderings, floor plans, sections, and details for both high-reliability structures and industrial facilities
  • Responsible for ensuring the intent of the overall design and compliance standards are met, and that designs are issued in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Partner with Lamb’s in-house Architectural team, providing technical support and sharing industry experience to drive client projects from concept through completion, including Concept Design, Basis of Design, Detail Design, Procurement, and Construction
  • Lead in in-house Design reviews, on-site client meetings and field surveys and inspections
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of architectural project procedures and standards

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher-level degree from an accredited Architecture school
  • 8+ years of Architectural experience required; licensed Architect preferred
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD required

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our multidisciplinary design team to generate the required calculations, produce equipment plans, sections, details and construction documents using Revit
  • Design high reliability, fully redundant power distribution infrastructure for buildings, manufacturing facilities, and related structures
  • Collaborate with our in-house staff of Architects, Civil, Mechanical and Structural Engineering disciplines

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with business development team to plan, create and execute marketing campaigns including email blasts and social media content
  • Analyze email blast data and report to sales / management teams
  • Produce and maintain a brand style guide that best captures Lamb’s voice and mission
  • Support the sales team with developing proposal content for sales presentations and RFPs and RFQs responses
  • Manage clients’ contact information in CRM database
  • Create connections and generate leads for new/repeat business opportunities
  • Create detailed and visually appealing marketing materials for company use such as project profiles, case studies, white papers, and brochures
